A food production associate prepares, assembles, packages, and labels fresh grab-and-go items such as sandwiches, salads, parfaits, and snacks for the coffee shop and vending machines. This position follows established receipes, portioning standards, production schedules, and food-saftey procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The role requires attention to detail,efficency, dependability, and the ability tp consistently produce attractive, high quality products.

Job Related Duties & Responsibilities

 
  • Prepares and serves food according to our company recipes and presentation standards
  • Accurately completes productions records
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace storing, labeling and rotating product according to our standards
  • Supports Cooks & Bakers with component ingredients for company recipes as assigned
  • Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in our commercial production kitchen
  • Exhibits a customer comes first attitude
