Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist for our clients precision machine shop in Newark DE. Our client is a leader in precision machining and custom tooling solutions, with decades of expertise serving diverse industries. Our commitment to quality, innovation, and craftsmanship sets us apart in delivering top-tier components and services.
- Operate, set up, and adjust CNC mills and lathes to manufacture precision parts while maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications to ensure accurate machining and production.
-Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify compliance with specifications.
-Troubleshoot equipment, perform routine machine maintenance, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve machining efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements:
- Have at least 3+ years experience as a CNC Machinist
- Must have experience with Lathe and/or Milling Machines
- Have experience with G Code Programming
- Be able to read drawings, understand work instructions and use close tolerance inspection tools in a very high precision machining environment
