Job description

Join a growing manufacturing team that produces precision engineered components used across multiple industries. We’re looking for a hands-on CNC Lathe Operator who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a shop environment. Duties Operate CNC lathes and other machining equipment to produce custom parts Load materials, secure workpieces, and follow work orders/blueprints Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications Complete basic machine maintenance and keep your work area clean Document production activity and maintain accurate counts Support continuous improvement and assist teammates when needed Requirements Ability to read and follow written instructions and blueprints Basic measuring skills and math aptitude Strong problem-solving and attention to detail Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Prior manufacturing or machining experience preferred Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Work Environment This is a typical machine shop setting with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. PPE is provided and required. • Rate of Pay: $21.30/hour • Schedule: Monday – Friday • Shift: 1 st 6:00AM – 2:30PM
