Job description

We want to add a talented Machine Set Up Operator to our team!! COULD THAT BE YOU?

PIVOT POINT INC. a manufacturer of non-threaded fasteners located in Hustisford, WI is seeking qualified candidates to fill a  Weekend 1st Shift Full Time Machine Set-up Operator position.

This person would learn to set up, troubleshoot, and operate a variety of our machinery (position would train in variety of departments, such as Screw Machines, Automatic Drill Machines, Shavers, as needed).

Full Time Weekend Shift (Fri, Sat, Sun 4am-4pm). Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!.

Salary starting is $25-28/hour, with room to grow from there.

Training for this position would be Mon-Thurs 4am-2:30pm for (est.) 2-3 months.


The machines being used are very specific to our internal operations, so we are looking for _experienced candidates_with strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities, first and foremost.


Requirements:

-- Experience in Manufacturing Machining required, _required experienced__working with Metal_

-- Strong mechanical aptitude

-- Ability to do machine set-ups and troubleshoot mechanical problems, i.e. adjusting cams

-- Ability to work independently

--Excellent attention to detail, ability to use close tolerance measuring tools

--Ability to perform repetitive motion standing in one place for extended periods of time

--Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds as well as move 100+ pounds with cart.

--Ability to read and understand blueprints, Q.C. sheets and measuring devices

--Strong attention to detail and knowledge of what is needed to produce quality parts

-- Solid work history and attendance record with proven reliability.
