Our machines can create envelopes from 1”x1" to 22”x27" in a variety of styles. Plus, we have over 150 million envelopes in inventory ready to ship immediately. We are hiring Set-Up Operators to join our production team! In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating manufacturing equipment, making machine adjustments to ensure quality production, performing routine inspections, and completing basic maintenance. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving mechanical challenges, and working in a clean, climate-controlled environment with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you. Our Butler facility is conveniently located just minutes from Milwaukee.


SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

2nd shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm, Mon - Fri. Training takes place on 1st shift (6:30am-2:30pm)
3rd Shift: 10:30pm - 6:30am, Sun - Thurs. Training takes place on 1st shift (6:30am-2:30pm)

WHAT DOES MY WORKDAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE?

  • Examines work orders to determine specifications and sample verification.
  • Set up the machine per sample and order jacket specifications.
  • Inspects product quality according to quality guidelines.
  • Maintains accurate counts of envelopes to boxes, cartons, and skids.
  • Adjusts machine and packs envelopes uniformly and neatly, keeping up with the machine's speed.
  • Checks orders properly throughout production to ensure accurate labeling, printing, and packaging of products.
  • Assists with removing paper jams and preventative maintenance when scheduled.
  • Transports finished goods to the appropriate area.
  • Ability to fill in as the Material Handler.
