Job description

Maintenance / Machine repair helper, mainly first shift (6:30 am to 3:00 pm) but must be able to work any shift .
The company is seeking a full time industrial maintenance person to perform general maintenance and repair on the facility and machinery.
Responsibilities:
include performing and tracking preventative maintenance on machinery and the facility, Perform lubrication and oil changes on various equipment. Perform with troubleshooting, dis-assembly / re-assembly, and repairing equipment. Assist with maintaining inventory of stock parts and other supplies, Position will include motors, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance. Must be able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends and responsible for following all safety rules, and maintaining good housekeeping.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:-
1. Must have knowledge and be capable of using hand tools.
2. Must be capable of carrying heavy loads for long distances.
3. Must be physically capable of climbing and working from ladders with heights up to 25'
4. Good communication skills, attendance, team player.
5. Must be able to read and understand job instructions, repair manuals, safety rules etc.
6. Some motor experience and electrical very helpful.
Requirements
  • Experience with production machines (machine repair, hi lo repair and PM duties)
  • Experience with blasting maintenance
  • Experience with repair welding and electrical work
  • Mechanical aptitude

Information
Our equipment is proprietary, so some training will be required which will be provided.
This individual should be able to work flexible hours. Hours available will be 40+ per week.
