RPM Staffing is seeking dependable, motivated Machine Operators who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're safety-focused, enjoy staying busy, and want to be part of a great team, we want to hear from you!


What You'll Do:

  • Operate production machinery by loading materials and packing finished products.
  • Monitor equipment and safely clear machine jams when needed.
  • Operate a pallet jack to move materials throughout the work area.
  • Maintain production efficiency while following all safety procedures.


What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to stand for the entire shift.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
  • Ability to safely lift and pour materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
