Schedule: Monday through Friday, with two shift available (5am - 2pm OR 8am - 5pm). Must be available for both.

Position Overview
We are seeking two dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators. We are looking to fill two distinct roles: one Centerless Grinder Operator and one Draw Machine Operator.
While full training will be provided for both machines, candidates must possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience using precision measuring tools, and the ability to perform machine setups. Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Set up, adjust, and operate either a Centerless Grinder or a Draw Machine according to production specifications.
  • Monitoring & Quality Control: Closely monitor the machine during operation to ensure smooth production and prevent defects.
  • Precision Measurement: Use Outer Diameter (OD) micrometers, calipers, and other gauges to verify that finished parts meet strict quality standards.
  • Machine Setups: Perform regular changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to keep machines running efficiently.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to all company safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Mechanically Inclined: Strong natural mechanical aptitude and a knack for understanding how machinery works.
