Responsibilities

  • Operate various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards according to customer specifications.
  • Work with other operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve daily and monthly goals.
  • Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions.
  • Conduct quality inspections on own work according to production standards.
  • Identify potential production and quality problems, recommending remedial, corrective, or contingency actions.
  • Maintain awareness and compliance with all security and production policies and procedures.
  • Confirm work receipt and formulate work priority decisions.
  • Exceed production output and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Order supplies as needed and attend training and meetings as required.
  • Support safety standards and procedures.
