Mars Snacking- Machine Operator (Night Shift)- Hackettstown, NJ Starting rate: $25+/hour (based on experience) and$2/hour shift premium This site manufactures chocolate and peanut M&Ms Required ShiftShift: 3rd Shift Schedule: 2-2-3 (rotating) Hours: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift) Description of RoleMachine Operators (Team Members) are experts in operating equipment, machinery, and systems within their assigned area. They are responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products, performing machine operations and changeovers, and supporting the training of other team members. What are we looking for?Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Proficient in using computers and PC software, including Microsoft Office and email Physical Requirements:Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs.) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs.) Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping.
