Summary:
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team. This position involves operating advanced, highly automated paper-converting equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards, and maintaining optimal machine performance.

Position Overview:
The Machine Operator will play a key role in production by troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and maintaining machinery. The role requires precision, teamwork, and adherence to safety regulations to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate advanced production machinery, including winders, log saws, wrappers, case packers, and palletizers, according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Ensure consistent production of high-quality goods that meet quantity and specification targets.
  • Measure finished goods to verify compliance with functional, quality, and cosmetic standards.
  • Record production outcomes, including logs of errors or discarded materials.
