Nous sommes a la recherche de personnes travaillantes, fiables et engagees. L'operateur de machine est responsable de suivre les politiques et les procedures du G+D afin de s'assurer que les taches sont completees a temps. Ce poste exige une grande attention aux details. 

Principales responsabilites
  • Fournir un service rapide et fiable aux clients internes 
  • Travailler et adherer a toutes les politiques et procedures de securite et de qualite de l'entreprise. 
  • Deplacer le materiel d'un service a l'autre 
  • Responsable de l'organisation et de la proprete de l'espace de travail
  • Travailler sur des projets speciaux en fonction des besoins
  • Participer a d'autres taches liees a la production, selon les besoins
  • Respecter les politiques et procedures de G+D en matiere d'environnement, de sante et de securite et signaler tout risque, incident ou probleme lie a l'environnement, a la sante et a la securite a son superieur hierarchique direct.  La direction veillera a ce que les employes recoivent des informations et une formation en matiere d'environnement, de sante et de securite specifiques a leur poste et a ce qu'ils respectent les politiques et procedures en matiere de sante et de securite sur le lieu de travail.
Qualifications, experience et formation requises

Experience professionnelle :

  • 1 an d'experience professionnelle equivalente dans un environnement de fabrication legere est preferable.
  • Experience professionnelle anterieure dans un environnement ou les exigences en matiere de securite sont elevees.
  • Une experience avec SAP est preferable.

Aptitudes et competences :

  • Competences de base en communication orale et ecrite
  • Sens de l'organisation  
  • Competences de base en mathematiques
  • Esprit d'initiative et motivation
  • Attitude positive et flexible au travail
  • Competences informatiques de base
  • Capacite a effectuer des taches repetitives de base

Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and committed individuals. The Machine Operator is responsible for following GDCAEP policies and procedures to ensure tasks are completed on time. This position requires high attention to detail. 

Responsibilities
  • Provide quick and reliable service for internal customers 
  • Work & adhere to all corporate security/quality policies and procedures 
  • Move material from department to department 
  • Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the work area
  • Works on special projects as assigned
  • Assists in other production-related duties as assigned
  • Comply with G+D Environmental, Health & Safety policies and procedures and report any Environmental, Health & Safety hazards, incidents and concerns to the immediate supervisor/manager.  Management will ensure employees are provided with job-specific Environmental, Health & Safety information and training and also ensure employees follow workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures
Qualifications, Experience and Educational Requirements

Work Experience:

  • 1 year equivalent work experience in a light manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Previous working experience in an environment with high-security requirements company
  • Experience with SAP is preferred

Skills and Competencies:

  • Basic verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills  
  • Basic math skills
  • Self-starter and motivated
  • Positive and flexible work attitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to perform basic repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to accept changing task assignments through the course of the same shift as instructed by the Supervisor

  • High School Diploma preferred

  • Safety shoes and smock required on the production floor
Physical Requirements
  • Able to lift up to 20 lbs
