Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Operate EDM and grinding machines in a high-precision manufacturing environment. Responsible for loading/unloading parts, monitoring machine operation, performing dimensional inspections, and maintaining strict tolerances using precision measuring equipment. Candidates must have experience running machines at production pace, interpreting work instructions and blueprints, and ensuring quality standards are met. No programming required. Strong attention to detail, ability to work within tight tolerances, and commitment to safety and quality are essential.

Essential Skills

  • Prior experience in machine operation within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience operating automation machinery is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to set up, calibrate, and operate automated production equipment.
  • Capability to troubleshoot and fix minor mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues without maintenance support.
  • Proficiency in performing visual and dimensional inspection to verify product quality.
  • Comfort working with PCs or basic computer interfaces to enter data and adjust machine settings.
