We're hiring Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves operating a variety of production equipment to manufacture quality parts while meeting production and safety standards. If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment, including brake presses, mechanical power presses, resistance welding machines, saws, drills, grinders, and CNC machines
  • Load and unload materials and parts during production runs
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
  • Maintain production requirements while following safety procedures
  • Assist with basic machine setup and routine maintenance
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Follow all company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
  • Experience operating production machinery, presses, or CNC equipment is a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
