Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $20.87hr - $24.87hr
  • We are seeking a Machine Operator I to operate and maintain CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure machines are ready for safe and efficient use.
  • Read and execute daily production schedules as directed by the supervisor.
  • Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions on materials for machining processes.
  • Select, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on machines.
  • Set machine controls including speed, feed, coolant flow, and cutting depth.
  • Operate machines and monitor performance to detect malfunctions or deviations.
  • Adjust machine settings as required and report issues to the supervisor.
  • Verify finished workpieces meet specifications and halt production if defects are identified.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve machining issues.
  • Maintain production logs and complete required reports.
  • Follow company procedures, work instructions, and safety policies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.

Requirement/Must Have:

  • High school diploma.
  • 1–2 years of experience operating CNC or automated machines.
