Machine Operator – Phoenix, AZ
Pay Rate: $18 /hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine (OVEN) Operator to join a growing production team. In this role, you will assist with the wood grain sublimation process by wrapping aluminum products, loading and unloading oven trolleys, and ensuring products meet quality standards throughout production.
Responsibilities
  • Unwrap, clean, and inspect aluminum products for defects
  • Load products onto conveyor belts for bagging
  • Remove bagged products and place them onto oven trolleys
  • Ensure bags are sealed properly and free of wrinkles for the sublimation process
  • Load and unload oven trolleys during the baking process
  • Remove bags from finished products and stack products onto carts for packing
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift and move products repeatedly throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
