We’re looking for mechanically minded people who enjoy troubleshooting, paying attention to the details, and learning how production equipment really works.
This is an opportunity to become an Extrusion Machine Operator with a well-established manufacturing operation in the Rogers area.
Day and night shift opportunities are available.

So, What Is Extrusion?

As an Extrusion Operator, you'll learn how to operate equipment that produces plastic material used in the manufacturing process. You'll monitor and adjust things like machine speed, temperature, pressure, and winder speed to make sure the material coming off the line meets quality standards.
In other words, you're not just watching a machine run. You're learning how to control the process.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be trained to:
  • Safely operate plastic extrusion equipment
  • Monitor production and product quality
  • Adjust machine settings for different production jobs
