The Dixon Group is seeking a dependable, detail-focused Machine Operator to join our Boss Division in Chestertown, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on production work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrives in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will operate and monitor a variety of specialized equipment, including small hydraulic presses, semi-automated marking devices, and threading machines to produce high-quality parts to specification. You'll be responsible for ensuring machines run smoothly, performing routine quality checks, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
