Job Responsibilities for Machine Operator:
  • Operate automated assembly and production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assemble, process, inspect, and package products according to specifications
  • Monitor machine performance, process parameters, alarms, and product quality throughout production runs; troubleshooting as needed
  • Support machine changeovers and line clearance activities
  • Complete production records, inspection results, and other required documentation accurately and on time; reporting any concerns
  • Follow all applicable work instructions, SOPs, cleanroom procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards
Job Requirements for Machine Operator:
  • Basic technical understanding of automated manufacturing or assembly processes
  • Basic understanding of HMI systems, robots, sensors, actuators, conveyors
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognize equipment malfunctions
  • Ability to follow technical work instructions
