Herbally Yours Inc. is a Gilbert, Arizona-based contract manufacturing company. With millions of bottles of dietary supplements and skincare products shipping out our doors every year, our focus is on the quality of the products we manufacture and quality systems that exceed regulatory requirements. We make products that change people's lives and take pride in making that happen every day.

Looking for a career where you can learn new skills, work with a great team, and enjoy a four-day workweek? We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team!

Our team works Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, giving you three-day weekends every week. You'll also work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility where quality, teamwork, and safety are top priorities.

Whether you have manufacturing experience or are looking to start a new career, we're willing to train the right person. In this role, you'll operate production equipment, monitor product quality, complete production documentation, and help ensure our products are manufactured safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, monitor, and break down production equipment according to established procedures.
  • Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to keep production running efficiently.
  • Ensure equipment and production areas are properly prepared before beginning production runs.
  • Monitor product quality throughout production and verify products meet established specifications.
  • Complete batch records, production logs, and other required documentation accurately and thoroughly.
  • Perform routine quality checks and identify any production or quality concerns.
  • Follow all equipment, machinery, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment before and after production runs.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and report equipment issues as needed.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic math skills, including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Experience using the metric system preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment quickly.
