Job description

Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Manufacturing Mixer Operator for Camarillo, CA location. This position will follow specific formulation to mix and mill dielectric materials using ball mill, hock mill and bead mill; and support casting as needed.

JTI has over thirty years' experience specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of high-quality Power and RF ceramic chip capacitors, inductors, and Integrated Passive Components into the global electronics market.

Hourly Rate (Non- Exempt):ย $21.00 - 23.00

Work Schedule: 7:00 a.m. โ€“ 3:30 p.m.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Measuring and mixing chemicals
  • Setting-up and operating semi-automated machines
  • Working in a Clean Room Environment

Essential Functions:

  • Working from formulation sheets, weighing materials and chemicals on scales.
  • Loading mills and setting timers per specification
  • Will use of zahn cup, specific gravity cup, and other analytic equipment to verify
  • Assist in cleaning up solvent or material spills; follow proper PPE
  • Communicates with various departments (Engineering, Quality, Production Control and Leads) department on a daily basis.
  • Frequent verbal instruction and inspection of work or materials produced.
