Job Description:
Work Environment: Cold Storage & Outdoor / High-Traffic
Equipment Used: Double/Single Electric & Propane Sit-Down Forklifts
Role Overview
Responsible for keeping the packing lines running continuously by moving raw product, packaging materials, totes, empty pallets, and finished goods.
Key Assignments & Responsibilities
Packaging & Box Feeding: Move empty pallets and supply box materials to box-making machines; stack and move wrapped empty box pallets (Indoor/Outdoor).
Line Supply: Bring raw product out of cold storage to line feeders; pick up finished pallets from conveyors to feed wrapper machines and precoolers.
Material & Curtain Truck Handling: Safely load/unload specialized delivery trucks (including curtain-side trucks requiring precision clearance).
Pallet & Tote Logistics: Transport washed empty totes to designated areas and safely stack empty pallets in high-traffic zones.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work safely around pedestrians, box stackers, and tight equipment lines.
Experience operating double sit-down propane and electric forklifts.
