A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week). If interested in this Machine Operator position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration MACHINE OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Cockeysville MD 21031 – 100% on-site Payrate: $18/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM Required onboarding/training schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM for one week Overtime may be required based on production needs MACHINE OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Machine Operator will support manufacturing operations in a production environment. This role involves operating automated equipment, monitoring product quality, completing documentation, and assisting with troubleshooting and routine maintenance activities.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MACHINE OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment and automated processes Perform filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspection tasks Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues Conduct in-process quality inspections and remove defective materials Complete production, quality, safety, and maintenance documentation accurately Assist with preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs Follow GMP, safety, and operating procedures at all times Support team production goals and maintain a clean work environment Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed MACHINE OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1+ years of manufacturing experience Machine operation experience required Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to read and understand instructions, diagrams, and specifications in English Basic math and computer skills required Ability to work independently and in a team setting Take the Next Step!
