Production Technician / Machine Operator

Location: Mesa, AZ 85205

Pay: $19.00/hr

Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Overview

We are hiring a Production Technician / Machine Operator for a 2nd shift manufacturing position in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience operating production equipment, performing machine setups, blending, mixing, packaging, quality inspections, and material handling in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment.
  • Perform blending, mixing, packaging, and processing operations.
  • Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production records.
  • Perform equipment cleaning, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
  • Move materials and finished products using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with machine setup, equipment operation, blending, mixing, or packaging.
  • Basic computer and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
