Location: Lewiston, ME 04240
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 4x10s | Mon–Thu | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Engagement: Contract-to-Permanent

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Production Operator to join the team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for setting up and operating equipment used to blend, mix, package, and transport liquid or dry chemical materials. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing, production, or chemical operations and is committed to safety, quality, and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment for mixing, blending, packaging, or transporting chemical materials.
  • Follow production schedules and instructions to meet customer quality and delivery requirements.
  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate production and batch records.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic adjustments as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized to support safe operations.
