  • 1st Shift: MondayThursday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

  • Operate rubber press machines to produce high-quality rubber seals and components
  • Load raw rubber into molds and remove finished parts from the press
  • Inspect parts for quality issues such as flash, voids, or incomplete curing
  • Trim excess material using hand tools or trimming equipment
  • Monitor machine settings, including temperature, pressure, and cycle times
  • Make minor machine adjustments within training guidelines
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Accurately complete production and quality records
  • Work with your team to meet production goals and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Previous rubber press or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements
