Work Setting: Onsite

Role Type: Direct hire

Shift / Schedule:

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor case, label, packaging, production, or B2B rework equipment.
  • Verify that correct labels, cases, packaging materials, product codes, and product information are being used.
  • For Case/Label roles, monitor case and label equipment for jams, label issues, packaging defects, product flow problems, and machine concerns.
  • For B2B roles, support rework of damaged production, operate depalletizing/reconditioning equipment, remove damaged cans, and help ensure pallet/product accuracy.
  • Make basic machine adjustments when appropriate.
  • Clean and lubricate equipment as required.
  • Use small hand tools to support basic line and equipment needs.
  • Record product, pallet, ticket, or production information when required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety, GMP, quality, PPE, and housekeeping expectations.
  • Communicate with leads, supervisors, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and production team members when issues come up.
  • Support other production, packaging, warehouse, rework, or plant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
  • Production, machine operation, packaging, warehouse, forklift, food manufacturing, rework, or related experience preferred.
