Lithographic / Offset Press Operator

Press Duties

  • Operate a 28" Komori 6-Color Press with AQ Coater.
  • Operate lithographic and offset printing presses.
  • Hang plates and prepare press for production runs.
  • Set and maintain proper color balance.
  • Obtain and maintain accurate register alignment.
  • Set up press for customer approvals and run jobs in the 1st Man position.
  • Monitor print quality and ensure jobs meet customer specifications.
  • Perform routine press adjustments and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating a 28" Komori 6-Color Press with AQ Coater preferred.
  • Experience working on lithographic and offset printing press machines.
  • Knowledge of press setup, plate hanging, color setting, registration, and coating applications.
  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
  • Ability to climb steps throughout the day.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow job specifications.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 30–40 hours per week (some days may be slower than others)
