We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Press Operator to join our team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of die cutting presses while supporting our commitment to excellence.
Summary of the Role
This position will be responsible for the operation of a production press while perform visual in process inspection of output.
Responsibilities
  • Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
  • Operating of die cutting presses and perform visual in process inspect of output.
  • Makes recommendations to management with respect to product and process improvements
  • Assists with physical inventory
  • Maintains expected business level of quality control on all items produced
  • Performs other related duties as required
Skills and Abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability follow written and directed work instructions.
  • Applicants should possess the ability to interact with supervisor, and team-members in a professional manner.
  • Requires basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • The ability to pull, push, grasp, bend, lift and carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
Qualifications
  • No experience required, paid On-The-Job training will begin Day One.
