About The Role
The Order Picker is responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as picking and filling stock orders, packing and shipping, managing, organizing and retrieving inventory, and other general warehouse duties as required.
What You'll Do

  • Identify and stock merchandise at the indicated location
  • Box, package and display merchandise according to procedures and standards
  • Prepare all orders for shipment
  • Place and organize merchandise in trucks for delivery to customers
  • Record and report any shortages or damaged items
  • Operate necessary machinery (e.g. forklift)
  • Have to do cyclical inventory counts (occasionally)
  • General cleaning
  • Follow all safety guidelines
  • Other related tasks may be assigned to meet business needs
  • Position type: permanent / full-time

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience of at least one (1) year (asset);
  • Forklift operator's certificate (asset);
  • Physical stamina, manual dexterity and ability to lift loads up to 20kg;
  • Team spirit, versatility, autonomy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime and weekends, as required.
