Job description

As a Machine Operator Level 1, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and effectively to meet production goals. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality standards are met.

You will work out of our Palmetto, Florida location on a onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and quality of our manufacturing operations, contributing to the success of Liquified Natural Gas Heat Exchangers 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm Monday - Friday
  • Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing/ fabrication setting.
  • 6+ months of experience using power tools such as angle grinders, circular saws, routers, etc..
  • 1+ years of experience understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.

WE VALUE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience using manual fabrication machines such as vertical mill, lathe, press break, shear, etc.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
  • Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
