Machine Operator – Concrete Products Manufacturing
Location: Sanford, FL
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday
  • 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary: Seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a concrete products manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring automated block production equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor concrete block manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Make machine adjustments as needed.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance.
  • Follow all safety procedures and production requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous machine operator experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience in concrete, masonry, construction materials, or other heavy industrial production preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
