What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Run and fine-tune our stick pack machines to perform at their best

  • Lead setups, changeovers, and daily operational checks like a pro

  • Spot and solve mechanical hiccups before they become downtime

  • Maintain clean, accurate logs and contribute to production excellence

  • Own your space: keep your machine and station clean, safe, and audit-ready

  • Communicate clearly with leads and team members to stay ahead of schedule

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ year of hands-on experience with stick pack or form-fill-seal machines

  • Mechanical confidence โ€“ you know your way around gears, sensors & timing

  • A commitment to quality, consistency, and food safety

  • Able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet, and handle a fast-paced shift
