In this role you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of your assigned machine(s), maintaining output targets, and upholding the high-quality standards our customers depend on. Job Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and process work orders to meet daily production goals
  • Produce parts in accordance with engineering prints, with an emphasis on quality
  • Load raw material into machines and operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Unload and deburr finished parts to specification
  • Operate CMM equipment to verify dimensions of parts being unloaded from machining centers
  • Complete all assigned quality checks and document results accurately
  • Provide feedback and maintenance requests to improve machine performance
  • Participate in training, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to all workplace safety policies, compliance requirements, and regulations
  • Wear and properly use all required PPE (steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.)
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned to support operational needs

Work Conditions

  • Manufacturing environment — PPE is mandatory (steel-toed boots, safety glasses/goggles)
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Overtime may be required based on production demands
