What Matters Most

Job Description
An established manufacturing company in Opelika, AL is seeking a Machine Operator to safely operate production equipment and support daily manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused individual who is motivated to learn new skills and advance into progressively skilled roles. The Machine Operator will receive on-the-job training and must be willing to cross-train on equipment throughout the operation. Candidates must be available to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment safely and according to established procedures
- Complete assigned production tasks accurately and within required timelines
- Follow all workplace safety requirements and actively contribute to a safe work environment
- Cross-train on additional equipment and work assignments as needed
