CNC Lathe Operator – Precision Aerospace Manufacturing
Location: Agawam, MA
Schedule: Nights 4:00PM – 4:30AM Full-Time | Overtime Available
Pay: Competitive Starting Pay $28 - $32(DOE)
We are a family-owned precision machining company serving the aerospace industry, and we are growing. Our shop has built a reputation for quality, teamwork, and treating employees like people—not numbers. We are currently seeking a CNC Lathe Operator who takes pride in producing precision parts and wants to be part of a team-focused shop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines to produce precision components
  • Work with Fanuc controls, including understanding G-Code and M-Code setup instructions
  • Read and interpret blueprints and dimensional specifications
  • Use precision measuring tools including:
    • Micrometers
    • Calipers
    • Indicators
    • Depth gauges
  • Run parts efficiently while maintaining tight tolerances
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required for a precision machine shop
