Job description

Position Summary - 2ndShift M-F
The machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the process to heat-treat metal products to alter their physical and mechanical properties. This role ensures materials are processed according to specifications for hardness, strength, and flexibility. The operator loads and unloads materials, sets temperature and cycle controls, inspects finished products for quality, and maintains equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Essential Job Duties

  • Setup, maintain, and operate a total of 4 machines.
  • Follow documented procedures for production of various alloys.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour
