Duties / Responsibilities:
• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while
observing all relevant OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to our
quality standards while achieving our productivity objectives.
• Serve as a good steward of our company's physical assets, protecting
them from damage and misuse, reporting all needed maintenance,
keeping assigned areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Team Leader to plan and organize the manufacturing activities in
your area by communicating anticipated material shortages, identifying
required tool maintenance, and communicating any quality and
productivity issues.
• Perform other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when
necessary.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings greatly desired.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Ability to be on his/her feet (standing and walking) for up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Ability to perform a job that includes repetitive stooping and bending.
  • Ability to perform a job that includes repetitive crouching and crawling, pushing and pulling.
  • Performing squeezing the trigger of a staple/nail gun that weigh in a range of 1 - 3 lbs. for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting all these general physical demands of the job
