L'associe(e) principal des ventes contribue au succes du Service alimentaire de PepsiCo en maximisant la croissance commerciale au moyen d'acquisitions de comptes et de developpement commercial des produits Frito-Lay et Quaker aupres de clients dans les secteurs suivants : cafeterias, soins de sante, exploitants de machines distributrices, distributeurs, commerces de detail specialises, parcs et restaurants.

L'employe(e) occupant ce poste travaillera dans le territoire de l'Estrie et Rive Sud, mais sera appele a se deplacer regulierement et devra avoir acces a un vehicule.

Responsabilites
  • Rechercher et acquerir de nouveaux comptes de services alimentaires au moyen de presentations de vente, de demarches de vente fondees sur les faits et de strategies de developpement commercial.
  • Renforcer la relation avec la clientele en repondant aux appels des clients et en assurant la resolution des problemes.
  • Proceder a la conversion des comptes commerciaux a l'echelle locale et nationale pour assurer le positionnement adequat de l'equipement de marketing et des produits.
  • Cibler et rassembler les ressources requises pour appuyer l'execution pour le compte.
  • Atteindre les objectifs fixes en matiere de volume, de revenu et de rentabilite dans les services alimentaires du territoire assigne.
  • Offrir un service a la clientele de niveau superieur.
  • Faire en sorte que les normes de marchandisage soient suivies dans tous les comptes.
  • Deployer les initiatives et les promotions dans le marche local afin d'assurer la progression de la marque et d'en maximiser le rendement.
  • Surveiller les activites de la concurrence et produire des rapports a ce sujet.
Qualification
  • Bilinguisme (francais et anglais)
  • Baccalaureat requis, de preference dans le domaine des affaires
  • Experience en vente directe fondee sur les faits, de preference
  • Habiletes analytiques et organisationnelles demontrees
  • Excellentes aptitudes de presentation requises
  • Permis de conduire valide et possession d'un vehicule personnel
  • Comprehension de la livraison directe a l'entrepot, un atout
  • Experience dans le domaine des services alimentaires ou des produits de consommation, de preference
  • Capacite a travailler de facon independante et avec un minimum de supervision

Away From Home Field Sales Representative (FSR)

 

The senior sales associate contributes to PepsiCo Foodservice's success by maximizing business growth through account acquisition and the business development of Frito-Lay and Quaker products among clients in the following sectors: cafeterias, healthcare, vending machine operators, distributors, specialty retailers, parks and restaurants.

The incumbent will work in the Estrie and South Shore territory, but will also be regularly required to travel and will need access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities
  • Seeking and acquiring new foodservice accounts through sales presentations, fact-based sales processes and business development strategies.
  • Strengthening customer relations by taking customer calls and addressing issues.
  • Converting local and national business accounts to ensure marketing equipment and product placement.
  • Identifying and aligning resources required to support account execution.
  • Reaching foodservice volume, revenue and profitability targets in the assigned territory.
  • Providing high-quality customer service.
  • Ensuring merchandizing standards are executed in all accounts.
  • Activating local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
  • Monitoring and reporting competitor operations.
Qualifications
  • Bilingualism (English/French). While the role is based in Quebec it serves French-speaking customers locally and supports English-speaking stakeholders/customers locally and nationally across the business. As such, bilingualism is essential to enable effective cross-functional collaboration with national teams operating in English (e.g., Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and leadership), ensure consistent service delivery across both French- and English-speaking customers, and support overall alignment with broader business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business
  • Direct fact-based sales experience preferred
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent presentation skills mandatory
  • Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Understanding of direct warehouse delivery (an asset)
  • Foodservice or consumer product experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
  • Proven computer proficiency, specifically with the Microsoft suite
