Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Correctly set up and run machine to expedite quality and run speed
  • Achieve production run & set up standards routinely
  • Learn to read and understand work orders and correlating S.O.P’s
  • Check bag continually during production for all required quality control monitoring tasks.
  • Perform proper startup, clean up and shut down procedures
  • Properly fill out and maintain QC database at job start-up and completion of every work order.
  • Follow all food safety and quality policies.
  • Follow and perform all proper Q.C. procedures and Portco Test Methods.
  • Report all safety issues.
  • Train assistants on machine set up, Production and Quality.
  • Cover for other operators in times of absence.

Experience:

  • 3 year machine operator experience preferred.
  • Forklift operation experience, while valued, is not considered a substitute for machine operation experience.

Experiencia:


· Se prefiere 3 años de experiencia como Operador de Máquina.

· La experiencia operando montacargas, anque valorada, no se considera un sustituto de la experiencia en operación de maquinaria.
