Job description

SUMMARY
Provides copy, print and scanning services in a timely manner in accordance with instructions provided.
*The hours for this position are 12:00am - 7:30am ET from Tuesday - Friday and from 2:00am - 9:30am ET on Saturday.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Receives and processes document requests using production equipment.
• Performs general maintenance of equipment and maintains supplies.
• Provides finishing services of documents as needed using spiral, velo or wire-bind equipment.
• Handles confidential and sensitive information in accordance with firm policy.
• Writes complete and accurate entries in Sharepoint log.
• Monitors job for conformance to user request.
In addition, responsibilities related to maintaining firm and client information are to be adhered to by all employees. This includes complying with the firm's information security policies, protecting firm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference, and reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to management.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Knowledge of Xerox production equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment.
• Ability to follow instructions, both verbal and written.
• Available to assist with overtime on other shifts, including overnight, weekends and holidays.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED required and a minimum of 3 years experience in a high volume environment.

COMPENSATION
The base salary range offered for this role will be $42,000.00. When determining a candidate's compensation offer, elements unique to each person are taken into consideration including but not limited to skill set, experience level, performance, professional certifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the Firm.
