Our client, a rapidly growing pharmaceutical packaging company in Paterson, NJ, is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join their team. If you enjoy working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and want to be part of a company that keeps things moving, we want to meet you!

$17.25 per hour
Shift Available
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities
  • Follow all GMP and SOP guidelines
  • Understand and follow verbal work instructions in English
  • Follow palletizing and process order requirements
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., hand jacks)
  • Monitor and request replenishment of components and supplies
  • Maintain an organized staging area and clean work environment
  • Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and cleaning
  • Operate equipment to fill component hoppers and bowls
  • Follow recycling procedures and proper waste handling
  • Palletize and move finished goods as directed

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment
