Production Machine Operator Job Summary The Production Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment according to company procedures. Set up, adjust, and monitor machines during production runs. Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications. Load raw materials and components into machines. Monitor machine performance and report equipment problems or abnormalities. Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Complete production records, quality checks, and other required documentation. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies. Assist with machine changeovers, cleaning, and routine maintenance. Meet daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.
