Job Description
As a Machine Operator - Finishing, you will drive manufacturing quality by leading equipment set-ups, machine changeovers, and troubleshooting on assigned assets. In this role, you will own operational decisions on adjustments to keep production running smoothly while upholding strict safety and product quality standards.
Shift: C Team, 11p-7a, Monday-Friday
Starting Hiring Rate: $25.09/hr plus $2/hr shift differential
Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation & Setup: Perform routine machine set-ups, changeovers, and operational adjustments per product specifications and standard practices.
  • Quality & Data Tracking: Inspect finished products for quality, track performance-to-plan, and record operating/downtime data using computer software (MFG Pro).
  • Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe work area (5S), adhere to safety policies, and assist with basic equipment maintenance activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate in team problem-solving and cross-departmental initiatives to reduce waste and boost productivity

Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Proficiency with computer applications (MFG Pro skills preferred)
  • Ability to follow written/oral instructions and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
