Job description

Job Title: Tower Production Operator
Job Type: Full-time PLUS OT
Pay: 20/HR.
Schedule Shifts Available:

6:00AM – 2:30PM Monday – Friday ,OT Mandatory, Alternate Weekends, Pay $20/Hr.
4:00AM – 12:30PM Monday – Friday ,OT Mandatory, Alternate Weekends, Pay $20/Hr.

Summary

Operate tower production equipment to manufacture composite materials in accordance with customer specifications and company quality standards. To be transparent about our tower position, the role involves regularly mixing resin — a particularly thick material — and transporting 50-pound buckets of resin throughout the workday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate tower production lines to produce prepreg and related composite materials
  • Monitor production parameters including temperature, tension, line speed, and resin content
  • Load and unload creels, winders, and other production equipment
  • Perform material changeovers and line setups according to work orders
  • Inspect finished product for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Document production data, batch records, and quality checks accurately
  • Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
  • Communicate issues to shift lead or supervisor promptly
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing or machine experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
  • Basic math skills — ability to measure, record, and interpret data

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in a manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and materials used in composite production.
