Pamarco, a global leader in anilox roll manufacturing, offers cutting-edge technology solutions to the printing, packaging, and converting industries worldwide.

We are seeking Machine Operators for Engine Lathe Operations and at our Batavia location, with opportunities available on 2nd shifts M-Th 2pm- Midnight

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate manual lathes and associated equipment to achieve production goals in line with set specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and promptly notify supervisors of any malfunctions.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Assist with other tasks as directed by the lead or supervisor.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with solid math skills.
  • Able to locate, read, and understand prints and drawing of press rolls
  • clear understanding of tolerances, common terminology, and critical measures to manufacturing (Run-out, TIR, taper, concentricity, etc.)
  • Clear and effective communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with coworkers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
