Forklift / Machine Operator – 3rd Shift
Rutherford County, NC
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
3rd Shift | 7:00PM – 7:00AM
A local manufacturing client in Rutherford County is currently hiring experienced Forklift / Machine Operators for their 3rd shift production team. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking stable, full-time employment with competitive pay and long-term potential.
Schedule:
  • 2-2-3 rotating night schedule
  • Must complete 1 week of training on 1st shift
    (7:00AM – 7:00PM) before transferring to nights
Responsibilities:
  • Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Operate and monitor production machinery
  • Move materials throughout the facility
  • Follow safety and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
  • Previous sit-down forklift experience required
  • Previous machine operating experience required
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
