What jobs pay $700 a day?

For a Machine Operator 1st, earning $700 a day typically requires working overtime, shift premiums, or in high-demand industries such as manufacturing or construction. Such pay rates are often associated with specialized skills, certifications, or unionized positions that offer higher compensation for extended hours or hazardous environments.

What does an entry level machine operator do?

An entry-level machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing machinery to produce parts or products. What jobs pay 4000 a week without a degree?

Machine Operator roles can pay around $4,000 per week for experienced workers, especially in industries like manufacturing or logistics, often requiring technical skills and certifications rather than a degree. High-paying positions in trades such as commercial truck driving, elevator installation, or specialized technical fields may also reach this level without a college degree. These jobs typically demand on-the-job training, licensing, or apprenticeships.

As our new Machine Operator, you will be performing complete setup and operations of various manual machines-including saws, broaches, polishers, balancers, trim lathes, and shaft straighteners-to produce precision components that keep the world's water moving. • Handle material using forklifts, cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment; receive, store, and retrieve materials to support production flow
  • Provide training and instruction to fellow operators, promote teamwork, and support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented machining professional with strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read engineering drawings, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Hands-on experience operating manual machines and equipment such as saws, grinders, balancers, and drill presses
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics, and apply shop math (decimals, fractions, multiplication, division) to fabrication calculations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled factory environment with flexibility for shift changes and overtime

It is a plus if you also:
  • Experience with balancing operations or precision machining
  • Forklift license and experience with crane lift rigging and other lifting equipment
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications
