You’ll receive training while contributing to precise and efficient production, helping ensure high-quality parts are manufactured safely and on schedule.


POSITION – CNC Machine Operator

JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm

STARTING PAY – $19–$20 per hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Willing to train; prior machine operating or mechanical experience preferred


Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC machines following work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
  • Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure accuracy
  • Use hand tools and measuring devices as required for machine adjustments
  • Report machine issues, defects, or material shortages to the Supervisor
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Learn new machine operating procedures under supervision

Qualifications

  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in working with machinery
  • Prior machine operating experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997.
