PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known aluminum manufacturer to provide dependable, knowledgeable temp to hire Machine Operator associates in Belding, MI.


This is a great opportunity for individuals with prior manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience looking for long‐term stability, consistent hours, and room to grow.


Machine Operator Job Summary

  • 3rd shift – 10:45pm to 7:00am, Sunday through Thursday
  • 2nd shift - 10:45pm to 7:00am, Sunday through Thursday
  • 1st shift – 7:00am to 3:15pm
  • $19.34 to $20.09 per hour depending on shift
  • Work in a union manufacturing environment producing aluminum products
  • Pack finished parts for shipment while meeting quality standards
  • Cut and stretch aluminum to specified measurements and requirements
  • Rotate to other departments as needed to support production


Machine Operator Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods
  • Steel toe footwear, safety glasses, and hearing protection required
