Job description

Adecco is hiring immediately for Machine Operators in Carlsbad, CA. Machine Operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $21.00/hr. The Machine Operator’s main responsibilities are to keep the 3d MJF printers running and ready for the next job. This includes some preventative maintenance, cleaning of materials, and exchanging units for the next build.

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday-Monday
Requirements:

  • Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions

  • Ability to stand for an entire shift and walk around the warehouse

  • At least 6 months of manufacturing experience

  • Must be able to work around noise, dust, powder, fumes, and varying temperatures

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the Project Technicians, Machine Technicians, and Lead Project Technician.

  • Maintain and clean Processing Stations, Build Units, and MJF Printers.

  • Responsible for prepping the printer for the next available print.

  • Ensure uptime on printers meet our OEE requirements.

  • Report any printer issues to the Machine Technician and\or Lead Project Technician.

  • Maintain a clean show room.

  • Maintain a safe work environment.

  • Promote a positive work environment.

  • Assist in various stages of production as needed.

  • Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned at any time.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Minimum of 1 year or related experience preferred.

  • Solid technical attributes.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Great organizational skills.

  • Beginning Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Able to accomplish tasks without constant supervision.

  • Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
